Delivery Information

All items will be dispatched from our UK warehouse once all items a ready for dispatch, please note "In-Stock" items will be dispatched from our European Dispatched centre into our UK warehouse.

Next Day Delivery Service

We offer a next day delivery service for "In-Stock (UK) - Same Day Dispatch" products or "Fully Completed Orders" using the Royal Mail Signed for Special Delivery Service, costing an extra £5.95, if ordered before 3pm - This option can be selected in the order checkout area of the website, once your order is in our UK warehouse.

Free International Shipping

On all *orders purchased outside of the UK will automatically received free shipping on orders above £250, orders will be dispatched once in stock using the Trusted Royal Mail International Signed for Priority Mail Service, usually (see shipping table) working days from dispatch.

Once your shopping basket is higher than £250 or more, you will automatically receive free shipping to your international address. Please note international orders can only be shipped to the card holders address.

World Wide Shipping

We currently offer shipping to most countries in the World using the Trusted Royal Mail International Signed for Priority Mail Service, which is currently discounted (see shipping table) on all orders less than £250 - On all international orders, this option will be automatically selected in the checkout area of our web site.

UK VAT FREE On All Orders Outside of the Euopean Union

Any order placed from a country outside of the European Union (EU) are exempt from UK VAT, this will automatically be removed once you are in the check out area of the web site.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.

Please note we are unable to dispatch any order made from a country outside of the EU to a country within the EU.

Delivery Schedule

We will always dispatch your order as quickly as possible. On occasions where there are stock shortages we will contact you to notify you of the delay. The majority of orders will arrive the day after dispatch. Delivery Terms & Conditions

As our couriers collect between 3pm and 4pm weekdays, the majority of orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched that day, but this cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be sent on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Your order can only be Delivered to any address that the Credit/Debit card is registered to:

• We are able to deliver to the card holders work address if required, unfortunately, due to banking regulations we are unable to deliver to another private address. This is due to internet fraud.
• Please note international orders can only be shipped to the card holders address.
• We cannot under any circumstances arrange for your parcel to be left without a signature or to be left with a neighbour. Your neighbour can approach the courier if they wish to take receipt of your parcel for you, but this cannot be arranged with the courier beforehand. It must be delivered to the card holder's address or an alternative business address.
• A signature will be required by the courier in order to leave your parcel. If nobody is available to sign then a card will be posted through your letterbox with details of how to re-arrange a delivery or for you to collect the item from the courier depot. In most cases you will be able to call the couriers to have it delivered that same day.
• We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses
